His role within RAWE is not to replace Dianna’s organizational insight, but to translate it into strategic framing, operational grounding, and long-term direction.

than 20 years of experience helping organizations uncover misalignment that lies in plain sight. Long before
burnout, turnover, or stalled initiatives show up on a dashboard, she sees the signals and helps leaders
respond with clarity instead of guesswork.
Dianna is known for her ability to connect what boards intend, what leaders manage, and what employees
actually experience. Anchored in the belief that strong missions deserve strong alignment, her work helps

designing systems that work across leadership, operations, and long-term organizational strategy. His
background spans automotive engineering, real estate investment, sales, and workforce strategy, giving him a rare ability to see both the details and the big picture at once.
K’wame excels at cutting through noise. He identifies patterns others miss, distinguishes signal from
distraction, and builds structures that turn insight into action. His work ensures RAWE operates with discipline,
scalability, and purpose so every engagement is grounded, intentional, and built to last.
By shaping RAWE’s internal architecture and strategic direction, K’wame creates the conditions for Dianna’s
work to have maximum reach and impact, inside organizations and well beyond them.
